Mill Creek Adult Family Home is owned by Yelena and Alex Kozorezov. Yelena has a passion for caring for the elderly and adults with special need. Alex enjoys craftsmanship and has added his personal touch to the home’s architectural and interior design. Our safe and secure home has a wonderful park-like setting having a large fully fenced yard with beautiful landscaping.

Yelena has worked in a medical surgical hospital, and in care giving. She also has over 30 years of experience in the health care profession, and has a long standing background and knowledge of medications and care giving.

We have all of the necessary credentials to be licensed by the State of Washington, including:
fundamentals of care giving, dementia training, and nurse delegation.
We stay up to date on the 12 or more hours of continuing education per year
that is required by the state.

We encourage our residence to bring with them their interests and hobbies,
and to make our home their home.

Qualifications
• Washington State licensed Adult Family Home
• Specialty care license for Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease
• Registered Nurse provides delegation to assist our staff with medications,
and client health issues
• Our caregivers must have training in Fundamentals in Care giving,
Patient Safety, CPR/First Aid, Medication Assistance, Dementia, Food Handling,
criminal background checks, Prevention of Elder Abuse, Fire Safety and Evacuation,
and a minimum of three(3) years of work experience.
